One of our tipsters is in love. Yup, that's right. In love with the Bowery Hotel, the new Lower East Side hotel from Sean MacPherson and Eric Goode that is just so hot right now--well except for that meth clinic thing. According to our friend the hotel's restaurant Gemma is coming along nicely and the terraces on the hotel's Terrace Suites are going to get some outdoor jacuzzis which just sounds unreal.

In fact, our tipster is so in love with the BH, he had this to say:

"I Love the Bowery Hotel So Much I Want to Take it Behind A Middle School and Get it Pregnant! And You will too.

For all of you who don't know, that's a line from 30 Rock's character Tracy Jordan. But shame on you if you haven't been watching that show this season.

MORE on our tipster's sick and disturbing love for the Bowery after the jump.

From our tipster:

I have no problem claiming the Bowery Hotel will be the hottest hotel scene in NYC this summer. (B&T Crowd Need Not Apply) I took a tour of the restaurant Gemma, and although some of the wood has not been stained yet (I actually like it bare, it's different looking) it looks awesome and very different from what I am used to. I cannot wait to eat there. Very posh/rustic like the rest of the property.

Now the rest. The patio bar off the lobby has some comfortable outdoor seating for about 20. The main hotel bar is also coming together nicely. They recently had a Conde Naste Hot List party there. I also spied a magazine shooting a picture of a very expensive vintage convertible out front today. The bar upstairs has a killer pool table and a wood burning fireplace. Seriously I'm in love with the design, layout and details.

As for the Bowery rooms, I told you outdoor showers were on the terraces of the terrace suites, but today I found out they are also adding outdoor jacuzzi to those rooms. Awesome.

They have one more restaurant space that is planned to open in the distant future as possibly Japanese, the location is underground, but I hear they are proposing some very interesting alternate plans for that space.
