Six Columbus Still Not Taking Reservations

While the folks at Thompson Hotels are still shooting for a first week of June opening of 6 Columbus, the hotel is still not taking reservations--despite the "Reservations Open Spring 2007" note on the hotel's website.

A woman who answered the hotel's phone line today said the hotel is "still under construction" and that they are shooting for a Summer 2007 opening. But she would take our names and phone number with the promise to call us when the hotel began accepting reservations.

Not that we're seers of the future or anything but we'll put money down that the hotel won't open the first week of June.
