Hotel: The Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills
When: Fridays and Saturdays night throughout the month of May.
Where: Poolside at the blue on blue restaurant.
What: Executive Chef Gabriel Gabreski is hosting customized, seven-course "Chef's Table" meal every Friday and Saturday night in the month of May. The seven-course menu is created with farm-fresh ingredients and served in the poolside cabanas with wine pairings.
If you want more of Chef Gabriel, for an extra fee he will take to you the Farmer's Market on Wednesday (before the meal) where he will pick out fresh produce to use in your personal meal. The cost is $175 per person, including drinks. There must be a minimum of 4 attending and a max of 8. The Farmer's Market additional fee is $250.
