Going Mad With Asian Hotel Openings

May 1, 2007 at 9:03 AM | 0 Comments

Get planning your trip to Asia: there are new hotels opening up all over the place there, so get in before everyone else does! To start off, the first W Hotel in South East Asia will be springing up soon at popular resort area Koh Samui in Thailand. The new W Hotel and Residences should be ready late next year and will feature 70 villas and all the normal W paraphernalia.

And over in China, an exclusive luxury hotel in Shanghai called The Place Hotel and Spa should be ready in early 2008. Situated in one of Shanghai's most exclusive neighborhoods, Jing'an Park, it will feature 24 hour butler service, Wifi everywhere and a comfortable in-room breakfast service.

And finally, for fancy accommodation in Vietnam, the Vietnam Casino City development is underway in Vung Tau province, starting out with 1,200 hotel rooms, 10 restaurants and a Greg Norman-designed golf course--all this lot to be ready by late 2009, with plenty more to follow.
