The couple heads into negotiations with the B&B owners who aren't willing to settle for anything less than "top dollar". Tori and Dean also don't want the B&B's furniture but that seems to be non-negotiable. Dean scribbles down some numbers on a piece of paper and slides it across the table to the owners, who end up saying "We will think about it." Which really means, "When is the Oxygen channel coming through with their half of the money?"

For a while the rest of the episode is about Tori and Dean as a couple. Tori goes to promote the DVD of So NoTORIous. Perez Hilton makes his second cameo on the show so far. Friends tell Tori and Dean they don't understand why they are doing this. Mimi La Rue wears a purple dress.

The couple finally gets a call back from the B&B owners conveniently while they are just waltzing around Beverly Hills. Upon hearing the news that the owners are ready to sell, Tori squeals. Literally, squeals like piggy squeals.

The episode's Nick and Jessica Moment:
Now, the couple has to prepare to deal with moving to Temecula and into the B&B. Already Tori thinks there are too many windows in her B&B, too many frogs and the country just plain scares this "tried and true LA girl." It reminds of us when Nick and Jessica go camping and she brings her multi-colored Louis Vuitton bag.

We look at our TiVo timer and only 10 minutes has gone by in the episode--torture! So to spare you the rest of the details, we'll recap quickly. Tori and Dean make cupcakes for the Fallbrook town meeting where they also go on a wine tour and Dean gets drunk. But thanks to Oxygen's false reality editing, Dean actually spends more time talking with the crazy-haired wine-tasting dude than with old biddies. Such a shame. The episodes ends with Tori and Dean still adjusting to country life--tabloids in the supermarket are a week old, there's no adult movies in the town's video store and no one freaking delivers Chinese food.

Sad Dean Moments:
· Dean admits to Tori's friends, "She's the brains, I'm just the brawns."
· Dean wears an apron.
· Dean asks the Fallbrook meeting if he can ask some questions and the woman leading the event says "No."
· Dean refers to himself as a "sausage" when observing that only women are at the Fallbrook meeting.

Next week, the duo move full-steam ahead in renovating the place so that they can accepts guests in two months.
