New York Hotel 'Bucks' Trend Toward Nice Restaurants

Something tells us you may not be ready for "The Urban Cowboy Experience." (We certainly aren't.) But ready or not, here it comes: Johnny Utah's will soon open at the Rockefeller Center Hotel.

When we read a tip on Eater, we didn't really know whether to believe it. On the one hand, the place is rumored to have a mechanical bull on the way. Should be awesome. On the other hand, a cowboy bar in the middle of tourist hell? No thanks.

Fortunately, we have a little time to sort out our feelings: Johnny's is scheduled to open on June 15th. But you know how hotel openings are.
