Cubicle Dreamin': Overwater Bungalows in Samoa

I hope I'm right in thinking that Samoa is one of those islands where fat is beautiful. Since I'm still feeling a little chubby after too many chocolates at Easter, holidaying in a country like that sounds perfect. And even more perfect is the fact that the only overwater bungalows of Samoa have just had a big remodeling.

The Coconuts Beach Club Resort and Spa has been gradually upgrading all of its facilities and now the renovations are totally complete. Conde Nast calls Coconuts Beach "the most delightful rooms in Samoa" which sounds like a positive thing to me. The overwater bungalows or fales sound just gorgeous, and the revamped design of them features:

a new exterior profile, unique design elements such as quartzite stone flooring and luminescent interior walls and all new bamboo and teak furniture,.  The fale's continue to feature a glass panel in the sitting area for viewing sea life below, as well as a very large deck and two-person soaking tub with a view of the ocean.

That's really starting to sound like heaven on earth for me. Coconuts also has one of the most popular restaurants on Samoa so I can keep working on adding to my chubby stomach. Perfect.
