Room with an Anti-View: This Week's Good Rate

Where: 23 Upr. O'Connell St., Dublin, Ireland

You know the scene. You open the door to your brand new hotel room, run over to the window, open the blinds and bam, you are hit with the anti-view. Maybe you are looking down a dirty alley, witnessing a drug deal, staring at an air shaft in the face, or seeing a brick wall. Whatever you are viewing it is not extremely pleasurable. We mentioned the Gresham Hotel earlier this week as a Good Rate during the St. Patrick's Day weekend in Dublin. However, you will need to drink a lot of Guinness to forget this room view out of this room on the hotel's second floor.

The view from the room window--in the back of the hotel--was that of garbage and building debris.
