With all our favorite shows on hiatus til the May sweeps, we're stuck watching crazy old reruns of ridiculous shows from our youth. Like The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
In the episode we watched last night, Will struggled with taking a very cool, but overweight girl (Queen Latifah) to the school dance.
What caught our eye, aside from the fact that we first watched this episode over 15 years ago, and that Queen Latifah is still as bad of an actor now as she was then, is the place where the dance was "held."
There's a quick exterior shot (pictured above) of a well-known hotel on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. Although, back in the early 1990s it wasn't quite the glamourous spot that it is today.

It's the Sunset Tower Hotel which hotelier Jeff Klein lovingly brought back to its full Art Deco glory last spring.
But during the Fresh Prince's time, the hotel along with much of Sunset Boulevard wasn't quite as swank. However, it must have been good enough for a Bel-Air Prep dance.
