This anti-view was taken from the 16th floor of the Holiday Inn San Diego by Flickr member JimFrazier, who always manages to take snapshots of some pretty bad hotel views (and some really good ones, too).

Here he says:

Interstate 5 heading south into Downtown San Diego, California taken from the 16th floor meeting room at the Holiday Inn Downtown. It looks worse than it was. Traffic was not stopped - just moving slowly.
