Six Columbus is Worse Inside Than We Thought
We missed it last week but Curbed has this photographic proof of the shambles that the Six Columbus is currently in. We're guessing that's the lobby but who knows? Maybe it's a business center.
Meanwhile, another tipster let us know this is the latest on the doomed Six Columbus Hotel:
Inside sources at Thompson Hotels say they are shooting for an early June opening of Six Columbus. One only has to walk past the jumble of construction debris on Columbus Circle to see how far they are from actually welcoming a paying guest. This is a good indicator of the poor planning and internal disorganization at this growing company.
Speaking of internal disorganization, the hotel's email is bouncing. In related news, Axl Rose has also scrapped the March 6th release date of his Chinese Democracy CD.
