Britney Spears is Persona Non Grata at Mondrian LA
Where did Britney Spears go after she shaved her head and got a couple tattoos last weekend?
Web reports say she tried, unsuccessfully to check into the Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood.
At 1 P.M. on Saturday, Britney arrived alone, wearing a blue wig, and she tried unsuccessfully to book a room. She had no money nor a credit card, just a piece of paper carrying a partial credit card number.
A spy who saw Britney at the hotel's check-in desk, says, "She was crying and apparently intoxicated. She kept saying: "Nobody wants me anymore".
After unsuccessfully trying to get a hotel room at the Mondrian, a couple of tourists felt sorry for Britney and took her upstairs to their room.
Spears went to the gift shop, where she picked a bathing suit.
After picking out a bikini, Britney then went to the pool and tried to shave her legs.
After a bizarre session by the pool, Spears tried to book her own room at the hotel.
"She tried to get a room again and couldn't get one," says a spy. "She was obviously intoxicated and the hotel didn't want to be responsible for what she would have done in the room."
"She was hysterical saying things like, 'Nobody wants me' over and again.'
Yes, the reported current state of Britney Spears is a sad situation, however, it is no wonder she is persona non grata at this upscale West Hollywood hotel. The newly renovated pool and the resurgence of Sky Bar have caused the Mondrian to become a Hollywood hot spot again. Plus Mondrian just opened a Scottsdale location. The last thing the hotel needs is an inconsolable, uncontrollable hotel guest to make headlines inside the property. Not when the place is getting so much natural buzz--no pun intended.
