Is it a hotel? Is it a condo? Is it just a 45 story palatial glass home for Prince Trump? Will it even be built?

It is rumored to be the future home of Mahattan's largest spa, a Trump-sized library, and an year round outdoor pool with private cabanas.

Lofty goals, however, the last we heard, the future of the Trump Soho Hotel Condominium New York was in doubt after city officials said the planned property would not mesh with zoning requirements. Construction on the property had already ground to a halt after workers uncovered the remains of an 18th-century graveyard. Or did it? According to Curbed, the Trump Hole is getting bigger all the time.

We wanted to get to the bottom of all this, but we haven't heard back from the project spokeswoman. So we did some heavy-duty research and dug up the bio of Apprentice season 5 winner Sean Yazbeck's. (Sean himself has done most of the writing on the page, which meshes nicely with the self-obsessed Trump MO.) No word on his Wikipedia page on how he's coming along with selling the 400 or so units that will fill the property, but they won't be apartments: the Trump Soho website has a splash screen up reminding you that the 7-figure units "may only be used for transient occupancy and for no other purpose." Or as Trump the elder might say, circa Apprentice LA-- "Get your ass out of here after a couple of days so I can get some new ass in here".
