It's no secret we love San Diego, the classiest town around, so we are seriously considering celebrating New Year's Eve there.

We've checked out quite a few hotels in San Diego but we've never actually stayed at the Manchester Grand Hyatt and the hotel's New Year's celebration offers have us tempted.

There's two ways to ring in 2008 here. One is to get a standard guest room at $295 that includes entrance to the party at the hotel's casual Redfield's lounge where there will be party favors and a champagne toast.

Or you can splurge $595 for a guestroom that will include entrance to the more happening party at the Top of The Hyatt on the 40th floor which has killer views of the city and beyond. The party will have a DJ, premium bar, appetizers, party favors and champagne toast. We know which party we would rather hit up.
