If you think partying hard in Vegas is the go this NYE, then check out some deals that run from December 29 through January 1. Although we'd much rather prefer a free buffet, or drinks or free slot credits or really anything but a monorail ticket.

Nevertheless, a bunch of hotels are involved in the Vegas.com deal but our pick as a good party spot is the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. It's new enough that you probably haven't been there yet and as long as you don't expect too much from the rooms you should have a great time. New Year's Eve is surely about partying or gambling hard, and Planet Hollywood provides well on both those counts.

The New Year's Eve package for Planet Hollywood comes in at $686.86 for a double room for three nights, including all taxes and fees: at not much over a hundred bucks per person per night, it's a fair deal for bringing in 2008. And there's that free monorail ride, too. Party hard!
