Pump It: Black-Eyed Peas to Host Hard Rock San Diego Hotel Opening

SNL had it right when they joked that the Black-Eyed Peas would show up at any event, although this event isn't quite the opening of a new Sonic drive-thru.

The Black-Eyed Peas will be in effect at the Hard Rock San Diego Hotel grand opening party on Dec. 10th which is fitting because they designed a suite there. And since this is a Hard Rock expect the party to be crunkin', bumpin', off the hizzy and illin' or whatever you young kids say these days. However, there is some good coming out of this debauchery.

The grand opening party will benefit the Peas' charity called the Peapod Foundation which supports innovative programs for children and focuses attention on universal needs including music/artistic education, shelter/housing and healthcare.

That said, we really hope Fergie will be there--sans the New Kids on the Block hat she rocks in the "Big Girls Don't Cry Video." Oh and if you were looking for a room that night, forget it. The place is completely and totally booked.
