Hot Tables Coming to Vegas' Palazzo

The Palazzo Hotel and Casino, which is taking reservations for December, isn't avoiding the celebrity chef obsession that's infected Sin City. In fact, the resort may have the highest concentration of uber-trendy eats we've seen in awhile.

On tap for the hotel are a Mario Batali-Joe Bastianich Italian Steakhouse called Carnevino, an outpost of Jay-Z's 40/40 Club and an Emeril Lagasse spot named Table 10. Also lined up is a SushiSamba, a Dos Caminos and a branch of Wolfgang Puck's steakhouse CUT. (We loved the original in LA.)

Whether these eateries actually open at the same time as the hotel is another question entirely. Especially considering that the whole building is still under construction.
