It happened. Frontier implosion video here.

Say goodbye to another Las Vegas casino.

The New Frontier, which closed this past July, will be imploded November 13 at 2:30am. In its place will be a $5 billion mixed-use project modeled after New York's legendary Plaza Hotel, once home to our personal hero, Eloise. The same new owners of the Plaza, Elad Properties, is the group behind the tear-down and new hotel.

Although, considering there is already a Plaza hotel in downtown Vegas (not to mention the upcoming Palazzo Hotel) who knows what the new property will be called?

Weird, Juliana got it right in the story, but not the headline -- I am gonna say typo?  Anyway, fixed it but on to more important matters --

@Trewil:  You have a date to go see it?  You need to send pics or video of you and your date watching on romantically.

Only in Vegas...
