The hotel has a bunch more holiday promotions going on. If you stay over on Thanksgiving, the next day (Friday, November 23), the hotel will put up its Christmas decorations. Called "The Magic of Christmas", the decorations will feature an 18-foot tall Christmas tree, a winter wonderland of white lights, toys, and more.
Plus, San Francisco's largest Sugar Castle, created by Executive Pastry Chef, Jean-Francois Houdré and which requires 70 of gingerbread and 100 pounds of assorted candy (among other things), will be assembled live throughout the day in the Tower Lobby.
The hotel is also serving Thanksgiving Dinner from 3pm to 10pm on November 22nd. The expansive buffett which includes a choice of six entrees is $75 for adults and $30 for children under 12.
Lastly, the hotel is offering a Holiday Escape which includes a two-night stay (at $129 a night), breakfast in bed for two each morning and a 4pm checkout. Valid for Thursday through Sunday arrivals through December 30. You can book these packages by calling the hotel at (866) 716-8126 or online.
We suggest taking advantage of these low rates now as the hotel is planning some upgrades to the tune of $40 million which will include an redo of the restaurant from celeb chef Michael Mina.
