As we head into the new year, we are bracing ourselves for the onslaught of Thompson Hotels that are "scheduled" to open in 2008.

We are betting that the men of Thompson have learned their lesson from the long-delayed Six Columbus which took two years just to renovate and so they will do what they can to avoid falling off track. But we have to say that with most of these new Thompson Hotels scheduled for Spring 2008 openings, there just might be a bit too much on the Thompson plate. All this Thompson begs the question, will guest service improve or decline as more and more Thompson hotels open. It has to improve right? Please?
