Love Hotel Hell: Hotel Chapel Christmas

Where: Chuo-ku, Nihonbashi 1-9-18, Osaka, Japan

[Ed. Note: Jaunted contributor AJ McGuire recently finished a tour of Osaka and reported back to us on the town's changing love hotel scene.]

Sure, sure, different strokes for different folks and all that but this? While restraint and good taste have never been guiding lights for the love hotel industry, coaxing couples to put in some labor at Santa's cotton candy colored workshop, AKA Hotel Chapel Christmas, seems to be crossing some sort of line.

Apparently, the rooms inside don't improve things any, as my friend and frequent love hotel visitor Matt tells me:

It was like being in my older sister's room circa fifth grade. Some candy striped bedspread, stuffed animals, lots of pink, the total Lolita vibe. Freaked me out... you try getting it up in your sister's room!

Whatever fetish this is catering to, I'm alright with giving it a miss. What would that be called anyway? Santabagging? Noelphillia? Elferotic tendencies?
