Barbra Streisand and Jon Stewart To Perform at Planet Hollywood's Grand Opening Weekend
She's soooo NOT retiring! Barbra Streisand and her voice like butter will serenade the guests at the Planet Hollywood three-day grand opening weekend in Las Vegas on Nov. 17.
The festivities will kick off on Thursday, November 15 with a premiere of comedian Katt William's movie, Katt Wiliams American Hustle: The Movie in the resort's Mezz Theatre.
On Friday, November 16 Jon Stewart will give a private performance to invited guests with an after-party in the ballroom attended by Bruce Willis and his band, DJ DMC, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy and some surprise guests.
Then Queen Babs will perform Saturday night at the Planet Hollywood Theatre, followed by performances from Earth Wind & Fire and Sugar Ray in the Grand Ballroom.
Damn, that is a lot of action over three days and that's the way Planet Hollywood wants it. In the official party press release, co-chairman Robert Earl said, "We are throwing the biggest party Las Vegas has ever seen."
