Over the summer, we took a look at some of the best hotels to stay at when in town for a Major League baseball game. Back then it was the perfect summer series for the all-American summer pastime.

But now the World Series is upon us and the Boston Red Sox and the Colorado Rockies will vie for the championships. We already took a look at hotels near Coors Field in Denver so today we present you with a map of hotels near Boston's Fenway Park.

As far as getting a room for the World Series games here , the other day we gave you a list of some Boston Hotel Deals for today and Thursday. Also don't forget that the hotel scene we scoped out back in 2004 is still good to use.

But we're pretty sure that if you are a member of Red Sox nation, you've not only booked your hotel but you know where the coach and team players are staying.

As always, if you Fenway hotel suggestions, well then don't be shy. Let us know.

Fenway Park Hotels After the Jump

· Hotel Commonwealth:
This hotel is extremely close to Fenway Park and it's also extremely swanky. So if you are one of the fortunate to afford the tix to the game then you can afford to stay here. Plus you might see an Affleck or two. But some bad news: The hotel is sold out for these first two games.

· Eliot Hotel:
The Eliot is also within walking distance of the ballpark and its been there just as long as Fenway Park having been built in 1925 (Fenway was built in 19 ). Today it's described as a luxury boutique hotel with wireless internet and a sashimi bar. But expect to pay for such cool digs like $500+.

· Boston Marriott Copley Place:
This hotel was listed on the Red Sox officiate site as a "destination." So we're not sure if this is where Red Sox stay or they just host a lot of fans here. Either way, Red Sox fans will be at home here if you can get a room.

· Hilton Back Bay:
This hotel is further away from Fenway but as we mentioned the other day the place still has rooms for today and Thursday, starting at $529. Eeek.

· Howard Johnson at Fenway Park: As we once said back in '04, this is the place for an authentic Fenway experience but a questionable room. The place is packed with regulars and old-timers and there aren't any rooms open for the first two games. But certainly some of them will be holding room parties before and after the game, right?

Send us your World Series Hotel Tips both for Boston and Denver so you can share them with other MLB fans--even if they are Yankee fans.
