Six Columbus Opening This Month: Outlook Not So Good

Looks like a double dose of Pomeranc this morning.

It goes without saying that The Sunday Times Travel Magazine is one of our favorites.  Month after month the publication is top notch.

However, this month in the glossy mags "10 Things You Must Do This Month", we couldn't help but notice "Number 4".

6 Columbus-- the hyped Big Apple hotel that's been promising to open since mid-2004 finally welcomes guests this month.

Um, if you believe that Nicky Hilton has a Super Bowl XLI hotel room to sell you down in Miami.

However, we do hear the Pomeranc powers that be are working hard to get the hotel open for business in the next couple of months.  Furthermore, in an unrelated ironic twist, Axl Rose wrote a detailed letter to fans stating that the long awaited Chinese Democracy album would be out in March.  Could the Chinese Democracy Hotel and the Chinese Democracy album drop around the same time?  It is looking like a real possibility.

Remember, with Six Columbus nothing is as it seems, so stay tuned and expect a very quiet opening sometime this year, but not in January, so don't book your MaxJet flights from London quite yet.
