Nicky O South Beach Acknowledges Somewhat and Through Vague Legal Terms It Doesn't Exist

Remember when Nicky Hilton's Nicky O South Beach Hotel said you could book a room there for Superbowl? Well, here's hoping no one plunked down that $1,000 non-refundable deposit. And if you did, well, we told you so.

Still, the fact that Nicky O is not yet open is not news here. What is news is this little disclaimer that popped up on the bottom of the web site stating that Nicky Hilton's hotel are in no way affiliated with Hilton Hotels or the HHonors Program. However, the clincher in this disclaimer is this gem:

For any of you wondering what actually exists, may we refer you to our recent photographic documentation of Nicky O South Beach?

And for all of you Hilton sisters fans out there who think we are being too harsh on Nicky, if she can somehow get this joint opened up before summer, we promise will personally fork over the money to stay in a Nicky O signature suite.*
