Know somewhere with open hotel rooms or kick-ass hotel parties for Super Bowl weekend in Miami?  Tip us off.

The Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Fla is about 20 minutes away from the Super Bowl's Dolphin Stadium and about 40 minutes away from South Beach. And unlike an airport hotel in Miami, rooms here are less than $700 a night, but not by much.  We found rooms available on Friday night for $349 but which then jump up to $509 for Saturday and Sunday.

Aside from being close to the action and having hotel rooms available the Seminole Hard Rock is hosting a slew of Super Bowl parties this week. Tonight is the premiere event with a full-length concert by Prince at Hard Rock Live. Starting at 8pm, Prince (who is the featured performer for the Super Bowl's halftime show) will be performing all his greatest hits like "When Doves Cry" "1999 and "Purple Rain." Come to think of it, we are not sure we know any "new" Prince songs. Either way, tickets range from $100-$400 and are available through Ticketmaster.com, as are all the events at the Hard Rock.

More on the Seminole Hard Rock Super Bowl Parties after the jump.

On Friday, the hotel will then host the 25th Annual Alumni Football Player of the Year with a red carpet starting at 5:30pm and the concert by MNF's staple Hank Williams, Jr. and awards show at 9pm. This would be the party to hit up to see all your old favorite players. Tickets costs $100-$200.

On Saturday, the Hard Rock's Celebrity Poker tournament begins featuring "Majic Johnson". Who is Majic Johnson--a Magic Johnson impersonator? No, just a typo on the web site. A celebrity Texas Hold 'Em tournament will start at 7pm to benefit the Magic Johnson Foundation and Starkey Hearing Foundation with more than 20 celebrities expected to attend like Nicolette Sheriden, Lou Ferrigno, Leslie Nielson and Ozzy & Sharon Osbourne. The cost of a seat/buy in to tournament is $1,500. Just to watch is $20.

Finally, on Super Bowl Sunday the hotel is hosting a Super Sunday Brunch poolside & buffet style with NFL Hall of Famer Dick Butkus, a meet and greet with 48 NFL Cheerleaders, a silent auction to benefit 1992 Heisman Trophy Winner Gino Torretta's ALS Research foundation, a sports memorabilia raffle and a Q&A session with panelists Butkus, Torretta and WTVJ-NBC 6's Joe Rose. The cost is $1,500 for a table or $150 for individual tickets.

(Thanks Kristen!)
