KidRobot--the famous creator of art toys and apparel--displayed some wares at the Standard Downtown LA the other night as part of the hotel's Downtown Art Series. The Standard was transformed into an "artist's playground" where 500 limited edition pieces were on display. This photo of people writing on the wall was snapped there and although we think it's pretty cool, we don't think the grafittied wall is there to stay.

Not only was KidRobot taking over Downtown LA, but the Standard Hollywood had a virtual orgy of Munnies in the Chicquarium behind reception for the whole month of January, seriously dampening the voyeuristic fun of the chicquarium. However, I must say "viva la tupac munny!"
