Gramercy Park's Park Chinois Upgraded to Winter 2007 Opening

New York City restaurant blog, Eater, reported a few months back that the Park Chinois restaurant set to open mid-November in Ian Schrager's Gramercy Park Hotel might not open at all.
Well, in the holiday drama we totally forgot about Schrager, Gramercy Park and Park Chinois--which to be honest was quite nice, a little bit like what life used to be like before GPH opened.
Anyways, we checked in on the GPH site today and they say a Winter 2007 opening. It seems as Eater reports, Schrager and his celebrity chef Alan Yau are having visa problems for the chefs they hope to bring over from China. Not any sort of personality conflict as first suspected.
Meanwhile, construction on the place was nearing finish at the start of December, so we have to ask--is Park Chinois opening before February is out?
