Bored of the standard hotel dining experience while on vacation? Head to the Quinta Real Zacatecas in Zacatecas, Mexico, which is a 19th Century bull-fighting-ring-turned boutique hotel with a restaurant overlooking the old Plaza de Toros San Pedro bullring.

There's also a historic aqueduct towering above the hotel  that was built by the early Spanish but used until the early 20th century. The hotel also reflects much of the surrounding area with "Spanish colonial buildings, cathedrals, and quaint cobblestone streets."

As for the restaurant, there's three floors with heavy wooden beams, iron chandeliers and rustic paintings and each table has picture windows overlooking the bullring. On the menu is both Mexican and international cuisine like baby cactus and pumpkin flowers, but there's a good splash of American with a U.S. rib-eye steak in case you get homesick.

    Damn

I though you meant I could cook my own steak.

I freakin' love restaurants where you can cook your own steak--is that wrong?
