Killer View: Hotel Godin

We are suckers for a room with a killer view. We find that we are even more likely to forgive some minor hotel inconveniences if we can stare out the window at something pretty--yeah we are that shallow. Hotel Godin's  room 428 provides guests a view of both down Sherbrooke and up Ste-Laurent--not bad at all.  As the view hints at, it is the location of this boutique hotel that sets it apart from the old town boutique hotels--from Godin Plateau, Mile End, Downtown and Old Montreal are all easily reachable on foot.  Le Plateau is just outside the hotel's front door.
