Nicky Hilton Unveils Plans for Nicky O Hotel On Pretty Poster Boards

Yesterday Nicky Hilton displayed her plans for the Nicky O Condo Hotel in South Beach, which is set to open in November.

Nicky hosted a private party for those interested in possibly buying a condo at the place which start at around $500,000 and go up to $2 million. On hand to show off the hotel designs were Heatherette designer Richie Rich who will be designing a suite in the place, as will Roberto Cavalli.

Two things are unsettling about this whole picture. One, CBS News has an interview with her and the graphic under her name says "Hotelier". She then goes on to refer herself as such. Keep in mind, she's like 22 years old.

The other thing is that the whole presentation of the hotel on those designer poster boards gives us an eerie look inside what it must have been like to compete with Nicky Hilton at a grade school science fair.

She'd never win a science fair of course, but that stuff beats our white poster board with magic marker drawings of bar graphs any day.
