Nicky Hilton's Plans for Her Nicky O Hotel

More details on Nicky O have arrived today including a black and white rendering of the "hot" lobby (which looks a little bit like a Night Hotel nightmare), a list of features and amenities and nightlife plans.

According to the Zilbert Realty website, which is handling the sales of the hotel's condos, Nicky O will be located at 10th and Ocean in the former Breakwater condo building and will include two towers of all-suite rooms, 95 of which are for sale as condos. (The bitchy selling line: "The velvet rope is being positioned and once all 95 suites are sold you may find yourself left out.")

A few of the hotel suites will be designed by famous designers with the first one done by fashion designer Roberto Cavalli. Hotel staff are expected to be placed in designer uniforms as well. The hotel will be drenched in the smell of gardenias, Nicky's personal choice for the hotel scent.

Two restaurants will be on hand, including BICE and a sushi restaurant still to be announced. And of course, the Nicky O bar and lounge is set to become the newest hot spot in Miami, with condo owners able to have VIP access to the place.

If you can't get enough of the Nicky O experience, you can shop at the Nicky O boutique and buy all of Nicky Hilton's clothing and handbag wares or order sheets, towels and even the lamps found in your room from the Nicky O catalog.

The rooms are priced at $300 for regular suites to $5,000 a night for the rooftop penthouse.

Even though she's from a hotel family, we doubted Nicky's intentions here but it does sounds like she's got her shit together (more so than say Jason Pomeranc)

I truly believe that Nicky O hotels will provide an unparalleled experience by combining the worlds of hospitality, design and entertainment in a way that hasn't been done before. We look forward to appealing to the most discerning of travelers.
