At last we have some closure on what happened between Jason Pomeranc's sudden drop of The Sagamore Hotel from his roster of properties. The NY Post sheds some light on the situation by comparing Pomeranc's struggle with owner Marty Taplin to the the Denise Richards-Charlie Sheen divorce battle.

Like Denise and Charlie, they tried and tried to make it work, but now the partnership's dissolved and they're both in court (over "creative differences").

An insider whispered that Thompson channeled too much Charlie - focusing on scene-making parties and profile-raising - while Taplin was as tricky to please as Denise on a bad day.

We sort of feel bad for Pomeranc. Nobody likes being compared to Charlie Sheen and Now Taplin has run off with Desire Hospitality, who is managing the joint.
