Pomeranc's Woes Continue on Allen Street

Is anything going right with Jason Pomeranc's hotels these days?
An "angry hipster" wrote in to Gawker yesterday complaining about the construction going on at the Allen Street Hotel site.
We notified the landlord and the builders about flying debris from the hotel site but they've offered us no relief. They work Saturdays starting at 6:30am (which is against regulation). The f-ing thing is going to be 20 stories high. it's a nightmare. We had a 12 ft piece of cardboard with rusty nails in it fall in our outdoor space. Flying chunks of cement too! They block off all the parking and they leave the street a mess. I heard that a woman got hit with a baracade when a SUV went barrelling down the street (from a local merchant).
In fact, construction of Allen Street is almost single-handedly destroying an apartment building next door where cracks have begun to appear in the facade. Man, we used to think Pomeranc was just having trouble with taking over existing hotels a la Six Columbus and Thompson Beverly Hills. But now we see he has problems getting it up too. Er...we mean getting hotels built too.
