Sheraton Four Points: Like Warm Apple Pie

In kicking off their new awareness campaign for the Sheraton Four Points brand, Starwood Hotels has decided to implement a cinnamon apple pie smell in each Four Points lobby as a way to treat guests to an Americana type of experience and hoping this will also make them feel more comfortable.

Comfort is the underlying theme in the Four Points campaign. From comfort food to comfortable accommodations, the hotel brand plans to use "Comfort isn't complicated" as their tag line. And living up to that, apple pie will be available on the hotels' restaurant menus and through express room service.But it doesn't stop there. We hear Starwood sent a reporter on the hotel beat at a national newspaper a home-cooked apple pie in refrigerated packaging. We guess they don't believe in fighting the battle of the bulge.
