Plastic People Partying at the Palms

Recently the "World's Most Dangerous Film Festival" took place at the Palms Las Vegas. What exactly this means, we're still not sure but it did include plastic looking people and a few name-able stars.

Although we admit the poolside party for this even at the Palms was probably semi-glamorous and quasi- fun, we're not sure if the pretentiousness would have been worth it. We took note on the tone of a reporter who attended the event:

Of course I know you all want to hear about the parties... remember what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. No I can't be that cruel...Of course we then returned to the Palms and went to the Hardwood Suite. What is that you may ask, because I know that I did? It is this amazing suite with half court in the suite itself. I was of course upstairs playing pool, no wait, schooling people in pool. Suddenly I hear a whistle, and all havoc breaks on the court. Out comes about 8-10 guys dressed in basketball jerseys on unicycles. Yes you heard me correctly, think Harlem globetrotter fashion.

We're a little miffed by this attitude. Globetrotters in a hotel suite? This party just doesn't sound that cool. That's the problem with Vegas, always something going on, not always worth it. We'll keep our eyes out for a better party next time.
