In our continuing crusade to uncover hotel blogs, we were tipped off that the owner of the Farmer's Daughter Hotel in Los Angeles has been blogging about his hotel.

And in true blogger fashion, he shows us the good and the bad. When a guest wanted a refund one time because of a disturbance by another loud drunk guest, he found his hands tied by the booking process.

She called me today and wanted refund. I had no problem with this, I then looked and saw she booked through Expedia. explained she purchased her reservation through Expedia.I told her I had nothing to refund. The guest wants cheaper prices, Expedia and the rest of the online sites offer this opportunity yet they do not offer a customer easy way to have problems taken care and then the blame comes back on the hotel. Go figure.

The blogger also tends to let out some steam on his past guests.

A person staying at our Hotel made a huge post on TRIPADVISOR stating how A CAR WAS STOLEN from our parking lot. To top it off he claims to be COP. Well Mr. Jerk, if you would have stuck around or called to get your flippin' facts straight before you make a COMMENT to the entire world you would have found out the CAR was not stolen but a BAD GUEST was making a attempt to SCAM US. Since we have cameras all over our HOTEL we were able to catch all of this on our video system. That really ticks me off that people will just make up BS with out finding out all the facts.

Ahh...a refreshing dose of hotel honesty. Sad thing is, it's not updated very frequently as the last post is from January.
