Bed Bugs Back in Memphis

Last week, we reported that bed bugs made a hotel guest miserable in San Francisco. Now the creepy crawlies have put on their blue suede shoes and are crawling in Memphis.

A new report has a particularly nasty story about a group of St. Louis women who checked into the Hilton Homewood Suites Memphis East. The women awoke to find bed bugs all over their beds--on the bed posts, on the pillows and in between the sheets--and when a news camera crew arrived several hours later, the bugs were still crawling around.

Two of the women were sent to the hospital to be treated for their bites, while the hotel manager says they are investigating the situation.
