It seems everything in Brasilia is pretty damn modern, but in that weird retro 1960s way. Blue Tree Hotel is no exception. Taking on plenty of interesting shapes just as the city does itself (fun fact of the day, Brazil's capital is purposefully shaped like an airplane), the hotel is a bright red semi-circle and within its hole is a squiggle shaped pool.

Actually it seems every last detail in this place will impress the socks (er...havaianas) off of any modern art lover.

The apartment-style rooms are modern and chic with different wall hanging installations and ultra contemporary furniture. To save yourself from the pool of sweat you'll without a doubt be soaking in whilst out in the city, the rooms also have individually controlled AC units.

As far as location is concerned, the Blue Tree is right on the beach providing panoramic views...but before you get too excited remember that this is Brasilia and not Rio...by beach we mean...a lake.
