Ian Schrager's The Gramercy Park Hotel, set to open in August, has officially begun the search for employees.

Let's hope they cast excellent, service-oriented, truly helpful, hot people instead of too-cool and too good-looking 20-somethings to be at your beck and call only when they want to be. Or if there's like someone famous or really important staying there.

Not that we are bitter or anything but we've seen many hotels be brought down by staff who can't be bothered.
