Hard Rock Prices to Go Up, Pool Scene to Go Down

Now that Peter Morton's handed off his Hard Rock Hotel to Morgans Hotel Group, the new owners are looking to increase the room prices.

Rolling Good Times (a site devoted to gambling, not joint-rollling) reports that the $169 room rates might go up to $230 a night to compete with other Strip Hotels.

In other words, they are going to try to bring in an older, more affluent crowd and we all know what this means, the infamous hot pool scene is going to suffer. So get to the Hard Rock while there are still young people covered in tattoos, gold chains and barely-there bikinis while you can!
