"BlackBerry Thumb" is what  carpal tunnel syndrome was in the `90's: painful, pervasive, and symptomatic of our new techie lifestyles.

Your finger digits need rest too, and they can find it at the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort and Spa in Indian Wells, CA (125 miles east of LA).

The hotel's Agna Sera Spa offers the BlackBerry Balm Hand Massage for $80.

First, hands are warmed up with soothing rocks and an aroma hot towel. Next, kneading and compressions loosen muscles and warm oil is applied with firm strokes. The therapist then kneads and stretches deltoids, biceps, triceps, flexors and extensors, and uses an acupressure massage technique on hands and arms. The 30-minute treatment culminates with an aroma hot towel cleanse on each hand.

Ahhh, finally your fingers are appreciated. Now back to LA.
