While the Nuggets and Clippers were going head to head on the West Coast, the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat were facing off in Florida.

The Bulls were all set to stay at the Four Seasons but at the last minute had to switch because the hotel could not accomodate them.

Instead, the Bulls ended up at the Ritz-Carlton. "Let's be honest," the team's assistant coach said. "The Ritz-Carlton isn't too difficult to take."

We are assuming that the bball players were situated in a room nicer than the one a recent guest had:

Room that was ready was filthy: empty water bottles under one bed, dirty scissors under the other bed (my kids room!), in bathroom loofa package had been invaded by a roach. We opened minibar and were greeted by a foul stench, and found leftovers from The Cheescake factory.

Nice rooms or not, the Bulls have lost two in a row to the Heat. Maybe the Ritz is to blame.
