Mick Jagger beat President George Bush to booking a $6,500 a night room at the Hotel Imperial Hotel in Vienna for his stay in June.

When Bush's people found out it was Jagger in the room, they tried to have him give it up, but Jagger refused.

"Bush's people seemed to be under the impression that they would just hand over the suites but there was no way Mick going to do that."

Bush had intended to stay in the room during a summit meeting, but now has to find a place elsewhere. Unfortunately, no other suite will be as good as the Imperial's since the hotel was voted one of the Most Famous Hotels in the World.
