Ex-Bond Hates Martinis

Star Magazine reports that a bartender at the W Hotel Seattle made a mistake by assuming Pierce Brosnan would want a 007-style martini when he came to the bar.

The mag says when Brosnan hit the bar:

the gleeful bartender joked, "Don't tell me, a martini right? Shaken not stirred!"

Brosnan got furious, yelling that if he hears that line one more time, he's going "to punch someone's lights out!" Then he stormed out.

But the bartenders aren't bad guys. One guest says:

We ended up at the bar in the hotel lobby at the end of each night. This bar is the place to be. The bartenders are two of the best that I've seen in a few years. These guys take care of the customers.
