The Llao Llao Hotel and Resort in Bariloche, Argentina has very good wi-fi service.  The front desk provides you with a password and detailed directions (in Spanish and English) on how to connect to the network.  The signal was strong in my room on the second floor, but I did not test it in other parts of the hotel, such as the pool.
