Renee Returns to England for Potter Biopic

Renee Zellweger will star as Beatrix Potter (of Peter Rabbit fame) in the new film about the illustrator-author's life. Like the other childrens' book celebs, Beatrix Potter lived in a world of large, hotel-like mansions.

The film will be shot next month in the Lake District where Potter used to vacation. She also illustrated two books (Timmy Tiptoes and Piggling Bland) at Lindeth Howe, which is now a luxury country hotel estate.

The 36-room hotel combines tradition and modernity. Take for instance their website where you can get 360 views of everything. Recent guests rave about the friendly staff, food and charm. And of course there is also Potter-pottery on display.
