The W Hotel Heads to the Middle East

W Hotels has announced their newest and first Middle Eastern property, the W Dubai Festival City.

The proposed hotel will include 350 rooms designed by French architect Jean Nouvel and will be built on the banks of Dubai creek.

Along with the usual W attributes, a Bliss spa will also be in the hotel.

The early vision of the hotel intend to link it with other Dubai Festival City elements, such as  the Festival Marina, and Festival Centre, a retail and entertainment hub.

A tentative opening date is set for 2008.
