Has Hank Williams Jr. gone the way of the Hotel Happy Ending Bandit?

Waitress Holly Hornbeak (apparently her real name) alleged in a police report that Williams Jr. "swore at her, tried to kiss her and lifted her in a chokehold" while she was working her shift at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tenn.

The Monday Night Football singer and his family have been staying there while his daughters are being treated in a nearby hospital for injuries sustained in a car crash which makes his behavior, if true, extremely baffling.

But maybe we should be thankful it wasn't as pervy as whipping off a towel in the masseuse's face.
