Let's Get Physical: The Rock Spa
March 22, 2006 at 8:45 AM | 0 Comments
Yesterday we mentioned getting wasted in Vegas and detoxing at the Canyon Ranch Spa but there's another option in Sin City that might appeal to the younger set.
The Rock Spa at the Hard Rock Las Vegas has a health club with personal fitness training available ranging from a 30-minute Energizer session for $35 to a 90-minute workout for $90 that includes stretching. There's also a variety of boxing classes offered.
For those just seeking for a quick in and out, the hotel has cardio machines with tv monitors, free weights, a whirlpool and steam room, plus personal lockers, robes and spa sandals in the adjoining spa.
The only thing is the Hard Rock (and most other resorts in Las Vegas) charges you for using the facility even if you are a paying hotel guest. So cough up twenty bucks for one day, $80 for five.
For non-hotel guests, the price is steeper: $25 for one day, $100 for five.
Or you could just save your money for more drinks poolside where all the action is anyways.
